Legal & Compliance Policy

1. Regulatory & Industrial Compliance

No information is shared without explicit written consent.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All customer IP remains the sole property of the customer.
Any proprietary processes, fixtures, molds, or tooling created by Polymach 365 remain our internal IP unless specifically transferred through written contract.

We enforce strict protection against copying, reverse engineering, or unauthorized duplication.

5. Order Acceptance, Modification & Cancellation

  • All orders must be confirmed through written approval or formal purchase order.

  • Design changes after approval may affect cost and delivery schedule.

  • Custom manufactured parts are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing and may incur charges based on work completed.

6. Delivery, Warranty & Liability

  • Delivery schedules are projections based on material availability and process workflow.

  • Liability is limited to replacement or repair of defective components.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, altered conditions, or external installation errors.

  • We are not responsible for consequential or indirect business losses.

7. Payment Terms

      Standard terms:

    • 50% Advance + 50% before dispatch (unless mutually agreed)

    • Late payments may incur additional fees or production delays

    • International projects require full prepayment or LC-based terms

8. Anti-Corruption & Ethical Business Conduct

We follow a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding:

  • Bribery, corruption, or financial misconduct

  • Conflict of interest or fraudulent behavior

  • Unethical sourcing or labor exploitation

We conduct ethical audits to ensure suppliers meet compliance standards.

9. Partner & Supplier Code of Conduct

All suppliers and subcontractors must comply with:

  • Ethical labor standards

  • Quality and material traceability

  • Human rights and worker protection policies

Non-compliance may result in contract termination.
